Taking Your Experience To New Heights

Always rated at the top of the southwest Michigan public golf courses and the finest Benton Harbor golf course, Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club has consistently received the 4 Star rating from Golf Digest’s – Best Places to Play.

Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club, established in 1969, features a classic design masterpiece by Charles Maddox Sr. Formed from a fruit orchard, the Lake Michigan Hills layout includes lush tree-lined fairways and elevation changes that are atypical for the Great Lakes. It truly is a timeless design that has stood the test of time and still provides a challenge for the best golfers while at the same time, the aesthetic appeal of the view from the clubhouse will leave a lasting memory not just for golfers, but also anyone who has ever attended an event here.

Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club has received recognition from several print and online publications with the highest being Golf Digest’s four-star rating of places to play.  In addition, Lake Michigan Hills has been the chosen venue for top level competitions including the Michigan Players Tour, Chicago Open qualifier and as a qualifying venue for the Western Amateur has hosted numerous top touring professionals back in their amateur days from the 1970’s until 2008.
